Outline of Research at the Start	固定砥粒による機械化学研削加工は次世代半導体材料の加工技術として注目されているが、その加工メカニズムに不明点があり実用化に至っていない。そこで、本研究では、多軸の微小力センサを有する多軸のマイクロマニピュレータを用いることで、数μm～サブμmの砥粒一粒に注目して、加工点、荷重、加工速度を自由に設定し、様々な条件の加工試験を可能にする。また、加工試験自体を電子顕微鏡観察下で行うことで、砥粒・加工物・切屑について、加工中の挙動と、形状や成分の分析をその場で観察・分析することができる。これらによって、単一の砥粒による機械化学研削加工を詳細に解明し、各種条件最適化によって加工性能を向上させる。
