Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，セメント・コンクリートを構成するセメントペースト中の主要な成分である微晶質であるカルシウム（アルミノ）シリケート水和物（C-(A)-S-H）のもつ結晶構造の膨潤挙動とコンクリートのマクロな変形挙動の関係を科学的見地から解明することに取り組む。このとき，類似の結晶構造をもつと考えられる膨潤性粘土鉱物に着目し，それぞれのもつ特性の共通点，相違点を整理する。そこから得られた知見から，膨潤―収縮性状をもつ微晶質水和物の乾湿に伴う結晶構造の変化とマクロな変形挙動を結びつける数理モデルを構築することを目指す。
