Outline of Research at the Start

量子効果導入が確実視されるナノスケール直径(ワイヤー直径20~500nm程度)とミリスケール長さを有している1次元量子Biナノワイヤー熱電変換素子を作製し、量子効果によってもたらされる巨大ゼーベック効果の実証を進める。また、その温度依存性を明確化することで1次元量子Biナノワイヤー熱電変換素子中の散乱因子が決定できるなど、詳細な物性評価も期待できる。
