Outline of Research at the Start

消化管ホルモンGlucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) は、食事刺激により消化管内分泌細胞から分泌され、インスリン分泌増強や食欲抑制などをもたらす。食事誘導性の肥満や耐糖能異常の発症過程で、GLP-1を産生する細胞にどのような変化が生じているのかは不明である。これを明らかにするため正常ラット、食事誘導性肥満ラットの消化管各部よりGLP-1産生細胞を分離し、mRNA、タンパク質発現の網羅解析を実施する。これにより肥満誘導食に対するGLP-1産生細胞の適応的変化を把握し、GLP-1分泌増大に寄与する分子を特定することを目指す研究である。
