Outline of Research at the Start

高糖度トマト変異体hs1の原因遺伝子を明らかにするため、ゲノムワイド関連解析によって得られた候補遺伝子をhs1に導入することで相補体を得ることを行う。また、候補遺伝子にゲノム編集により変異を導入することで、hs1と同様の表現型を示すゲノム編集個体が得られるかを明らかにする。これらの研究により、高糖度トマトhs1変異体の原因遺伝子の特定につなげるものである。
