Outline of Research at the Start

農村振興政策の一課題として土地改良区の持続的な組織運営が指摘されているが、抜本的な組織改革への道筋は見えない。そこで本研究では、土地改良区がしたがうべき経営原則と、実践可能で有効性のある新しいマネジメント手法を具体的に提案することを目的にして、①アンケート調査による全体像の把握、②事例調査による内部メカニズムの把握、③国際比較による妥当性の吟味、④戦略マップの構築、の研究計画で進める。
