Outline of Research at the Start

オートファジーという現象は、最終的に生体膜で構成されるオートファジックボディ（AB）膜が崩壊することで完結する。我々が使用している出芽酵母では、ABの分解にAtg15リパーゼが関与している。最近我々の研究グループは、Atg15の活性化メカニズムを解明し、論文として発表した。本研究課題では、Atg15の生化学的解析を進め、研究分担者とともに結晶構造解析を進める。
