Outline of Research at the Start

中高年期の精神疾患にはタウ・アミロイドの異常蛋白蓄積を特徴とする亜型が含まれると考えられている。しかしながらこれまでこれらの蛋白蓄積、特にアルツハイマー病以外のタウ病変を精度よく評価する方法が限られていたため、生体内で探索した研究は極めて少ない。本研究の目的は、中高年期の気分症圏・統合失調症圏の患者を対象に国内開発タウリガンド[18F]PM-PBB3、アミロイドリガンドを用いたPET撮像および超高磁場MRIによる撮像を組み合わせ、中高年期の精神疾患の層別化を行うことである。
