Outline of Research at the Start

私たちはこれまでに、毛包を構成する細胞の区画化と幹細胞形成を同時に可能とする新しい形態形成モデルとして「テレスコープモデル」を提唱した。本研究では、発生過程における細胞動態と遺伝子発現の動的変化を時空間的に統合することで、毛包発生の「テレスコープモデル」を支える細胞間相互作用とその分子基盤を解明し、多細胞システムの構築原理の理解を目指す。
