Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では「翻訳後制御による特定タンパク質の機能制御が、がん幹細胞の細胞運命を決定する」という仮説を検証する。幹細胞は、自己複製能と多分化能を保つ特殊な細胞で、常に新しい前駆・成熟細胞を供給する。一方で、この分子機構がハイジャックされることでがん組織の発生・維持が可能になることが示されてきた。がんにおける幹細胞の振る舞いについて翻訳後制御の観点から制御メカニズムを明らかにする。
