Outline of Research at the Start

患者由来LCNECオルガノイドを用い、新しい分類に基づく小細胞癌治療法が応用できるか、また小細胞癌との間を画す遺伝子変異と転写因子は何か、さらに他組織を含む混合型LCNECの治療抵抗性メカニズムはどのようなものなのかを、それぞれ独立した検討項目として調べることで当該腫瘍の病態側面を明らかにし、治療法開発の糸口となる新しい知見を見だす。
