亜急性期脳梗塞の神経再生治療は期待されているが,早期に十分な細胞数を用意できない.我々は,この問題を解決するため,虚血類似の低酸素低糖 (oxygen-glucose deprivation: OGD)で刺激し,形質を転換させた末梢血単核球を,ラット脳梗塞モデルに末梢投与することで,梗塞巣の血管新生,神経軸索の伸展を惹起し,機能を回復しうることを見出した.しかし,その機序は不明であった.細胞療法の組織修復機序としてエクソソームの関与が報告されている.本申請では,“OGD刺激単核球由来のエクソソームが組織修復に寄与する”と考え,これを検証する.
