Outline of Research at the Start

申請者らは、2016年度から、東京都内においてアクションリサーチとクラスター・非ランダム化比較試験を統合したフレイル予防に関する地域介入研究を進めてきた。本申請期間（4年間）では、ベースライン調査応答者11,701名に対して、6年後・9年後にあたる追跡調査を実施し、その長期的効果検証をおこなう。また、対照地区の自主グループ等の担い手を対象に、日頃のグループ活動にフレイル予防の要素を付加するための研修等を実施し、この効果を検証する。これらをもって、フレイルを予防し健康余命を延伸する大都市モデルの創出を目指す。
