Outline of Research at the Start

要介護状態の発生の主要原因である、脳心血管疾患等の生活習慣病等による疾患、老年症候群とソーシャルキャピタルの関連について、縦断データから病態別に明らかにする。得られた知見を基に、全国自治体で取り組みが始まっている高齢者の保健事業と介護予防の一体的実施事業と連動させ、ソーシャルキャピタルの効果的な活用による介護予防介入実践モデル構築と検証を行う。
