Outline of Research at the Start

研究1では，下肢挙上テストを用いることで中心血液量を変化させ，心肺圧受容器刺激のみによる血管運動神経活動の変化について，高齢女性と若齢女性での比較を行う．この研究結果から，加齢による心肺圧受容器反射の変化を明らかにする．
研究2では，自転車エルゴメータを用いることで，加齢による筋ポンプ作用と心肺圧受容器反射の評価行う．推定中心静脈血圧の変化により筋ポンプ作用を評価し，血管運動神経活動の変化から心肺圧受容器反射に対する加齢の影響を明らかにする．
