Outline of Research at the Start

様々な疾患の早期発見と簡便かつ精確な診断のために、極微量なマイクロRNAの検出手法の開発が急務である。その有力な候補として金属ナノ粒子のプラズモン場を利用した光学的手法が挙げられるが、検出感度の向上が最大の課題である。本研究では、プラズモニックDNAセンサを新規開発し、これを二次元界面に集積して力学的に操作することで、マイクロRNAを超高感度で検出することを試みる。
