Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、エージェントベースシミュレーション（ABS）とゲーミング実験を段階的に組み合わせ、エネルギーシステムの具体的な構造と政策が人間の認知・行動に与える影響を同時に考慮する、新しい政策評価法を提案する。ABSは多数の条件を網羅的に検証するのに向いており、ゲーミング実験は政策に対する人間のリアルな反応を調べるのに役立つ。本研究の特色は、世界最新の潮流である社会課題のゲーム化を取り入れ、ABS・実験双方の長所を活かす政策評価に挑戦する点にある。この手法は政策が人間の心を動かし長期的な技術選択を変えるメカニズム全体の評価を実現するものであり、公共政策を扱う多様な研究領域で役立つと期待できる。
