Outline of Research at the Start

グリーンインフラ活用治水は、従来の堤防に比して効果の不確実性が高いという問題がある。さらに、空間的にグレーインフラより規模がはるかに大きくなるため、さまざまな利害関係が発生する。本研究は、グリーンインフラの負の効果も含め、不確実性と不利益を考慮した理論・実証研究、およびそれらに基づく導入のための合意形成についての研究により、グリーンインフラ活用治水の経済学的な総合研究を確立するものである。
