Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、ロシア語圏市場の内外における海外直接投資と取引費用の関係を比較研究するという課題に従事する。まず、ロシア語圏市場の内部の企業国際化の実態や特徴を検証する。次に、ロシア語圏市場の外部からの事業投資において、国際ビジネス言語の英語ではなくロシア語の使用が、取引・契約面や人材マネジメント面でしばしば要求されていることに伴う取引費用の増大の可能性を考慮して、その問題点の検討や改善策の提案を行う。
