Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、欧州、日本を研究対象とし、身近に残された緑地や河川といった自然空間や小学校校庭や都市公園などのオープンスペースを、地域の生態系・生物多様性を保全しながら、子どもの「遊び」と「環境学習」を目的として再生・創造するためのデザイン手法を研究・開発する。さらに、実際の計画・設計プロセスと各国での比較研究を通して、身近なオープン・スペースを、「地域の自然環境の修復・再生」を行いながらエコロジーとデザインを繋ぐ新しい手法の確立を目的として研究を行う。
