Outline of Research at the Start

脳ネットワークを構成する脳領域間の動的結合状態は、興奮性及び抑制性神経伝達物質による脳局所の入出力制御により維持される。本研究課題では、7テスラ超高磁場MRIを用いて、現状、局所脳計測にとどまる大脳皮質層別イメージング法とMR分光画像法を全脳計測に展開するための技術開発を実施する。大脳皮質の層別賦活分布によるフィードバック、フィードフォワード制御の分離同定と、局所の神経伝達物質濃度から導出する興奮抑制バランスをもとにダイナミックな因果的脳ネットワークモデル構築とそのための技術を提案する。
