Outline of Research at the Start

1980年代から、非配偶者間人工授精（AID）による出生者の「出自を知る権利」の観点から、従来の精子ドナーの匿名性を規制によって廃止する国が増えてきている。本プロジェクトでは、このような「非匿名化」が当該家族の家族関係や真実告知の方法に与える影響や、ドナーの法的位置づけを踏まえて、AIDによって出生した子を含む家族が非匿名になったドナーを家族内外にどのように位置付けるか、また、家族内の「知る/知らないこと」のマネジメントの変化など、AID家族が精子ドナーの非匿名化によって直面する倫理的・心理社会的課題を検討する。
