Outline of Research at the Start

近年の日本の教育学・教育政策においては、教職を高度な専門職として捉えることが一般化している。これに対して、教職独自の専門性とそれに伴う倫理的課題について応用倫理学的観点から分析する研究は十分に行われているとは言いがたい。
本研究では、専門職倫理学の新しい領域としての「教職倫理学」の構築を目指して、教職の専門性と、教職に固有の倫理学的・哲学的問題の解明を行う。
教職の専門性に関する教育史学・教師教育学・応用倫理学・応用哲学のそれぞれの観点から遂行された研究を統合し、「教職倫理学の全体構想」と「教師の倫理綱領の試案」を含み込んだ教職倫理学に関する研究書を最終年度に日本語で刊行する。
