Outline of Research at the Start	古代より近代に至るまで政治権力の中枢にあった摂関家のなかで唯一、伝来史料群がまとまって現存する近衞家の陽明文庫所蔵史料を主な研究対象とし、これまで紙の目録上で不完全なまとまりとなっていた近世の歴代当主や当主夫人の日記、各種の家司日記などを中心に原本調査を進め、史料の内容や性格などの情報を精緻化して目録データ上に書き加えることにより、バーチャルな環境で本来の存在形態を復元し、近世の摂関家文庫における家記の重層的な構造を解明する。悉皆的調査を進めるなかで未知の史料の発掘にも努め、重要史料については高精細デジタル画像の整備・公開による研究資源化を進めることで新たな知見を生み出す。
