Outline of Research at the Start

2024年度は、2023年度に実施した文献調査で明らかになった海外の動向と、国内の調査で明らかになった課題をテーマとした国際シンポジウムを行う。また、2024年7月末にオランダで行われる予定である国際法曹倫理学会で報告を行う。これを受けて2025年度は、具体的な法曹養成におけるテクノロジー教育の在り方を検討するため、アメリカで現地調査を行う。そして、最終年は、本研究の目的である、リーガルテックの発展のために必要な法的基盤、法専門職のための行為規範（専門職倫理）、法専門職養成の在り方をパッケージとして研究し発信を目的としたシンポジウムを行い、研究成果の書籍化を目指す。
