Outline of Research at the Start

日本をはじめとする東アジア諸国の企業は、現在「事業継承や後継者の問題」に直面して
いる。その原因として、各国の高度成長期に誕生した家族企業を出自とする企業の創業者が引退する時期を迎えたことや、少子化によって後継者難に直面していることなどが挙げられる。こうした現象は、急速な高齢化社会の進展とも相まって、深刻な問題に発展しうると考えられる。このような「事業継承や後継者の問題」を単に企業経営の問題として捉えることは、問題を矮小化してしまう可能性が高い。そこで本研究では、遺産相続や家族の継承をはじめとする社会、文化背景等を含めたトータルな視点から分析する。
