Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、社会統合の概念を中核として、地域ビジネス・エコシステムの形成論理を、理論的かつ実証的に明らかにすることである。広島地域において、ソウルフードと言われるまでに普及したお好み焼産業を主なリサーチサイトとし、広島市から他の地域へと年度ごとに研究地域を拡大し、比較事例分析を行う。比較事例分析を通じて、お好み焼を食することを良しとする共通価値の認識が高まることによる消費者側の社会統合効果と、お好み焼を提供することを良しとする供給者側の社会統合効果とが、ビジネス・エコシステムの形成につながり、そのことがお好み焼を業として営むことの経済合理性を高めるという仮説的理論モデルを検証する。
