Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は，企業の行う投資の性質によって会計原則が異なる会計処理を要請していることに着目して，会計情報の意思決定支援機能を新たな視点から総合的に検討することである。
このため第一に，企業が行うさまざまな投資と会計処理方法の違いを明示的に考察できる理論フレームワークを構築する。第二に，このフレームワークに基づいて，会計情報そのものよりもむしろ，その情報の背後にある実現原則や保守主義といった会計原則の役割に関する実証的証拠を蓄積する。第三に，上記のフレームワークを企業価値評価に応用して，これまで十分に確立されていない非上場企業の価値評価と人的資本投資の価値評価に取り組む。
