Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は移住労働者の階層化が生じるメカニズムについて、仲介業者の機能に着目し、検証する。仲介業者は企業の需要を開拓し、そこに特定の国からの、特定の属性をもつ労働者を送り出すルートを作り出すことにより、移住者の階層化にかかわると考えられる。そこで、企業と仲介業者を対象にした質問紙調査とインタビュー調査を組み合わせて実施し、企業がある特定の地位の職に、特定の出身国・属性の移住労働者を採用するようになる、また採用し続ける過程に仲介業者がどのように関わっているのか、この一連の過程において、労働者の出身国や属性がどのように価値づけられているのかを明らかにする。
