Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、2011年東日本大震災および原子力災害における被災者の生活再建に関する研究である。
紛争や気候変動、暴力などによって長期避難をする住民を国際的には「国内避難民」（IDPｓ）と呼んでいる。原子力災害における長期避難という状況は、こうした「国内避難民」として位置づけることができ、災害による長期避難によって、生活再建上の困難をかかえる個人や家族の尊厳の確保することは、学術上も大きな課題となっている。
本研究は、これまで３回にわたる大規模調査をふまえ、区域外避難者を研究対象に加え、長期にわたりリスクにさらされる個人や家族の生活再建課題を明らかにする。
