Outline of Research at the Start

知的障害児者の強度行動障害の有病率は5％～15％で、知的障害児者当事者や支援者の生活の質や身体的安全を脅かす大きなリスクとなっている。強度行動障害の公衆衛生の観点から予防的支援が構築できれば、知的障害児者のリスクを減らし、生活の質を向上できるかもしれない。本研究は、公衆衛生の観点から強度行動障害の予防方略を明らかにするために、①知的障害児の強度行動障害の潜在的な早期のリスク因子、予防因子の特定、②強度行動障害の予防や支援の公衆衛生の観点からの効果検証、③有効な予防方略のユニバーサル方略とターゲット方略による整理を行い、知的障害児者の生活の質を支える強度行動障害の予防的支援の提言と結びつける。
