Outline of Research at the Start

思春期前期（9-12歳）において，アドレセントオークワードネスと呼ばれる，スプリント走をはじめとした運動能力発達の一時的停滞が生じる．このスプリント走能力発達の一時的停滞が生じるメカニズムを明らかにすることで，子どもの発育・発達に関する理解が進み，それに即した運動処方が可能となる．
本研究では，横断・縦断データの収集により，スプリント走中の動力学，身体形態，下肢筋力，筋の特性の観点から，思春期前期におけるスプリント走能力発達の一時的停滞が生じるメカニズムを解明する．そして，得られたデータから，思春期前期におけるスプリント走能力発達の一時的停滞を予測するのに有効な指標を明らかにする．
