Outline of Research at the Start

大学の研究力強化を担う研究推進支援機能の必要性は広く認知され、その機能を最大化する組織・人材の重要性が指摘されている。しかし、大学の研究系、事務系職員と比し、その機能を担う組織のあり方、人材についてはまだ検討の途上にある。
そこで本研究は、組織の属性・構造を踏まえ、その実働を担う個人レベルでのパフォーマンスと、それを実現する要因（スキル、モチベーション、職場環境等）に着目し「大学研究マネジメントを担うURAなどの新たな研究推進支援専門人材のパフォーマンスは、どのような環境下で向上するのか、新しい職種のアイデンティティーはどう確立されていくのか。」という問いに応えることを目的とする。
