Outline of Research at the Start

接客は周囲の状況や顧客の心理状態を推測しながら，専門知識に基づいて対応したり，好印象を与える話し方や表情・振る舞いを行うなどの，高度な認知や意思決定が必要となる活動である．特に商業施設，ファミレス，コンビニ，ホテルなどのサービス業における接客においては，混雑時に複数の顧客の状況を把握したり，優先順位を考えながら対応することが必要となる．本研究では，複数顧客の接客訓練が可能なシナリオベースVR環境を構築するとともにユーザースタディによりVR環境での訓練効果を実証する．
