| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、強い悲嘆が長期に持続する病態である遷延性悲嘆症（prolonged grief disorder, PGD）の治療の開発およびその有効性の検証と病態の生物学的基盤の解明を行う。研究代表者らは米国で開発された遷延性悲嘆治療(prolonged grief disorder treatment)の改良版について無作為化比較試験を実施する。また、COVID-19のパンデミックに対応しPGDの遠隔心理療法の開発および有用性の評価を行う。さらに、これらの治療の効果検証に必要なPGDの標準化された尺度の開発とバイオマーカーの同定に関する研究を実施する。
