Outline of Research at the Start	報酬を求め続けるときには、期待する報酬が得られず「期待外れ」が生じることも多い。そのため「報酬が無いかもしれない」という予測に基づいて行動を適応させる必要がある。本研究は報酬に関する予測が変化する行動課題をラットで開発し、最先端の神経活動計測技術・操作技術と融合して、その神経メカニズムを解明する。本研究の結果、報酬を求める行動における神経細胞の活動の役割の理解を革新する。
