Outline of Research at the Start

ヒトの感情や社会認知は内臓の感受性（内受容感覚）と関係しており，そこには個人差があることが知られている。しかし，ヒト以外の動物において，内臓感受性と情動や社会認知との関係は明らかにされていない。本研究は，ヒトとは進化的に離れた鳥類の中でも高い社会性をもつカラスを対象に，情動や社会認知における内臓感受性のはたらきを調べ，群れにおける個性と内臓感受性との関係を検証する。これらを通して，動物の進化におけるこころと内臓との関係を明らかにする。
