Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、レム睡眠中の刺激提示が記憶に及ぼす効果を確かめることである。実験では、覚醒中の記憶時に音・光・匂いなどの刺激を提示し、その同じ刺激を睡眠中に提示することによって、睡眠中の記憶再生を促す。そのうえで、睡眠中に刺激を行う場合と行わない場合を比べて、記憶の内容に変化が生じるかどうかを検証する。本研究により、睡眠内容の記憶形成の関係性を明らかにする。
