Outline of Research at the Start	トポロジカル相の物理は、バルクのトポロジカル不変量をエッジ状態として境界のある系で観測する「バルクエッジ対応」を重要な概念として大きく発展した。1980年代に提案されたトポロジカルポンプは近年実験的に実現したが、そのバルクエッジ対応は未開拓であったが、我々の20 16年の研究により格子上の相互作用のない系のトポロジカルポンプにおけるバルクエッジ対応は特徴あるものとして確立した。一方、相互作用が本質的である強相関系でのトポロジカルポンプ、特にバルクエッジ対応は未開拓である。本研究では強相関系固有の内部自由度が絡み合い相互作用する系でのバルクエッジ対応をゲージ対称性に着目し普遍的な視点から確立する。
