Outline of Research at the Start

トポロジカル超伝導体のエッジに現れるマヨラナ準粒子制御法の確立は，情報化社会の革新的技術と期待されるトポロジカル量子計算実現の核心をなす課題である．本研究では，磁場によるマヨラナ準粒子制御を見据え，面内磁場に強固なイジング超伝導体単層NbSe2上の一次元磁性原子鎖における超伝導トポロジーとその面内磁場強度・角度依存性を走査型トンネル顕微鏡(STM)によって詳細に調べる．これにより，磁場強度・角度を制御パラメータとした超伝導トポロジカル相図を確立する．最終的には，得られた結果を基に，この系のトポロジカル超伝導発現の現象論的学理を構築し，磁場によるマヨラナ準粒子制御への新たな道筋を開拓する．
