Outline of Research at the Start

核融合装置のダイバータ部や，イオン源電極表面での粒子反射・吸着データは，二体衝突近似模型にもとづいた解析により，数10 eVから数keVまでのエネルギー範囲で，ある程度の精度で予測可能である．また，このエネルギー範囲であれば，実験から得られるデータとも比較できる．本研究ではデータの取得が困難な，5～100 eVの水素正・負イオンをCs-Moや12CaO-7Al2O3エレクトライドなどの分子構造体表面に入射し，反射粒子に占める負イオン量がどのように変化するか実験的に調査する．その上で得られたデータを定量的に説明する物理モデルの構築を試み，低エネルギー粒子―表面相互作用の物理機構を明らかにする．
