Outline of Research at the Start

電気的・化学的作用下での構造分岐現象（構造不安定化）を司る不安定変形モードの形成過程を解析することで，ナノレベルの破壊・塑性変形に及ぼすマルチフィジクス効果（電気・化学的作用と力学の重合効果）の機序を解明し，さらに欠陥導入・形状付与により変形・破壊形態を制御するための指導原理を確立する．
申請者が構築してきた反応力場構築法と構造不安定モード解析法を融合し，さらに不安定モード自動探索アルゴリズムを実装することで，「構造不安定性が電気・化学的外場を受けていかに形成されるか」という新しい視点でナノ力学のマルチフィジクスを捉え，ナノ構造体の力学特性を雰囲気中で最適化するための力学設計を行う．
