Outline of Research at the Start

本研究ではミリング加工を対象に，高速回転工具の軸方向および平面内の局所駆動機能および加工力モニタリング機能の実現により，加工プロセス制御を実現する．具体的には，主軸に超磁歪駆動素子を組込むことで軸方向変位を得ると共に，主軸頭に設置した慣性加振システムにより主軸頭自体を微小変位させる機構を実現する．また超磁歪素子の逆磁歪効果を利用すること，加工力のモニタリング機能を実現し，加工プロセスの能動制御を実現する．
