Outline of Research at the Start

スプレー冷却における急冷開始点（クエンチ点）は，冷却速度を決定する最も重要な特性点であるが，液体側の流動条件(流量，液温，液滴径，衝突速度)だけでなく，固体側の条件(温度，熱物性，表面性状)の影響により実測データがばらついて予測が困難であった．本研究では，非定常熱伝導モデルにより得られる固液界面温度を用いて実験データを整理し，クエンチ点決定の物理モデルを構築する．その際，固体側の表面状態に着目し，粗さや酸化層を人工的に付与する状態での実験データから，個々の液滴の挙動をモデル化することで，クエンチ温度の物理的な意味を明らかにし，最終的には高温面の冷却速度を高精度に予測する伝熱モデルを開発する．
