Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，水晶振動子を用いた生体サンプルの力計測プロービング技術の基盤を創生する．従来技術として持ち合わせていた水晶振動子の力計測技術を更に先鋭化し，特に感度，応答性，精度，ダイナミックレンジについて，モード局在化振動子の構築や，HighSpeedPLLを用いた高速サンプリングなどの技術基盤を確立することで，従来到達し得ない次元のバイオセンシングの手段を提供する．これにより，蛍光標識では対応できない力学作用評価を伴う生化学現象の評価現場に，高性能な機械的なプローブイメージング技術の技術を提供する．また，例えば病変モデルを有する組織モデルおける，病理動態現象の発現因子のメカニズム解明などをすすめる．
