Outline of Research at the Start

汗、尿、便の中で、尿と便は疾患判定に使用されているが、汗は、異物混入と採取装置の装着ストレスが障壁となり、臨床上の診断材料となっていない。しかし、汗は連続的に排出されており、リアルタイムヘルスモニタリングとしての活用が期待できること、血液成分が汗腺でろ過されて排出されるため、血液に準ずる生体情報を提供し得ることから、超高齢化社会における画期的なリアルタイムヘルスモニタリング技術になるのではないかと考えている。そこで、異物混入を防いだ上で、皮膚の変形を踏まえて、ウェアラブルデバイス長時間測定のために装着ストレスを低減し、臨床応用を目指した汗生理学のデータ作りが可能なことを実証したい。
