Outline of Research at the Start

成熟化した心筋細胞組織の生体情報の取得を目指す。数値計算を行って、成熟化することで薬剤応答がどのように変化するのかを把握する。数値計算で使用する定数・係数は理論的には妥当だが、実態から乖離しているものも多くあった。この点を大きく改善できることが期待できると考えている。この研究活動の推進によって、創薬の評価システムとして利用できることを実証する。
