Outline of Research at the Start

細胞は培養液によって大きく影響を受ける。例えば、気泡が二酸化炭素、酸素によっても影響を受ける。私達の研究では、任意の培養液体積内の気泡の二酸化炭素濃度、酸素濃度、ひいてはpH濃度を計測し、pHと細胞の振る舞いの関係について実験を行い、実験結果をについて考察を行う。
これらの実験により、酸素濃度の影響が細胞成長にどの程度影響するかについて力学面、生理学両面から考察を行う予定である。
