Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，ダイヤフラム放電プラズマを用いた過酸化水素生成効率の向上と，オゾン供給と組み合わせた高濃度有機排水の高効率処理実証を最終目的とする。プラズマのパルス重畳直流電圧駆動により損失要因を最小化して，過酸化水素生成効率の大幅向上を図る。また，マイクロバブル化したオゾンの液中への供給によりオゾン利用率を極大化し，ダイヤフラム放電プラズマと組み合わせた高濃度有機排水処理を実証して，実用化に足る処理効率を達成する。具体的な目標として，過酸化水素生成効率5 g/kWh以上，酢酸分解における有機物分解効率5 gTOC/kWh（TOC：全有機炭素量）以上の達成を目指す。
