Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では交流銅損の低減と軽量化のための磁性被覆平角アルミニウム線の交流銅損を算出し、磁性被膜（磁性コンポジット）材の比透磁率や寸法などのパラメータが交流銅損低減効果に与える影響を明らかにする。
また、磁性コンポジット材の磁性粉末の材質や形状が比透磁率や鉄損に与える影響を究明する。さらに、交流銅損の測定システムを構築して交流銅損の実測値と計算値とを比較することで解析の妥当性を検証する。
高周波トランス・インダクタに磁性被覆平角アルミニウム線を適用して、平角銅線を用いたトランス・インダクタよりも軽量化と銅損低減を実証する。
